Why

Join us for an evening with Muzafar Ali, photographer, humanitarian and founder of , as he cycles 4,000km from Maleny to Adelaide to raise $250,000 for refugee and women’s education in Afghanistan and Indonesia.

This special BBQ dinner, kindly hosted by the Mayfield Mosque, brings together invited guests, aligned organisations, and community leaders for an evening of sharing and culture. 

We will hear Muzafar’s powerful stories from underground girls’ schools in Afghanistan and refugee-led classrooms in Indonesia—initiatives that began with just $200 and now support over 1,300 students.
